N. Barbara Conolly, MPS, MCLP, PWCLP, ISA – President
Barbara Conolly is the chief landscape designer helping homeowners transform their landscapes into places of beauty, ease, and lasting value. Clients come to Barbara because they want more than a pretty garden; they want a Cape Cod Landscape design that truly fits how they live.
Barbara earned both her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and her master’s degree from Cornell University. Her advanced training gives you a rare blend of scientific expertise, horticultural mastery, and real-world leadership in landscape and garden design. Barbara’s mission is simple: to elevate the value of her clients’ landscapes. |

Ben Conolly, ISA – Operations Manager
Ben Conolly ensures that each landscape design-build is brought to life with precision, care, and efficiency eliminating the stress often associated with outdoor renovations.
As an ISA Certified Arborist, he brings an elevated understanding of tree health and an extensive knowledge of horticulture and sustainable landscaping techniques and safety giving clients confidence that their gardens will thrive for years to come. Kim Batten oversees all aspects of estate landscaping maintenance, seasonal color, and holiday décor, guiding her teams with thoughtful garden maintenance while maintaining consistent client communications A Massachusetts Certified Horticulturist and Accredited Organic Land Care Professional, Kim helps clients feel confident their gardens are cared for with expertise and intention. Kim’s aim is uncomplicated: that every landscape under her care reflect craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and the highest standards. |
